The terms of sale apply to the purchase of goods from the Online Store.
The prices of the products sold in the Online Store are indicated next to the products. A fee for the delivery of goods will be added to the price. All prices for goods sold in the Online Store are in euros.

Placing an Order
To order goods, add the desired products to the shopping cart. To complete the order, fill in the required fields and select the appropriate delivery method. The total fee will then be displayed on the screen, which can be paid securely through the following payment methods:

Payments are mediated by Montonio. Payments are made outside the Online Store in a secure environment – in the secure environment of the respective bank when paying via bank link and in the secure environment of Montonio when paying by credit card. The seller does not have access to the customer's bank and credit card details. The agreement takes effect upon receipt of the amount payable to the Online Store's account.

If it is not possible to deliver the ordered goods due to the goods being out of stock or for any other reason, the buyer will be informed as soon as possible and the paid money (including delivery costs) will be refunded immediately, but no later than 14 days after the notification is sent.
Delivery
Access to the purchased products will be sent to the buyer as soon as possible, within a maximum of two business days. If a training start date is indicated on the website, access to the materials will be provided on that date.
Training videos can be accessed through the Podia platform. The client will have access to the materials on Podia for three months, unless otherwise stated on the website.
Right of Withdrawal
After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the e-store within 14 days.
To use the 14-day return right, the ordered goods must not be used in any other way than is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods in the same way that it would be allowed to test the goods in a physical store.
If the goods have been used for purposes other than what is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods, or if there are signs of use or wear, the Online Store has the right to reduce the refundable amount according to the decrease in the value of the goods.
To return the goods, a withdrawal statement must be submitted, which should be sent to the e-mail address hello@peoplecraft.ee no later than 14 days after receiving the goods.
The Online Store has the right to withdraw from the sales transaction and demand the return of the goods from the buyer if the price of the goods in the Online Store has been significantly marked down due to an error.
Right to File a Complaint
The Online Store is responsible for any non-conformity or defects in the goods sold to the buyer that were present at the time of delivery and that become apparent within two years of the delivery of the goods to the buyer. During the first year of delivery, it is presumed that the defect was present at the time of delivery. The Online Store is responsible for proving otherwise.
The buyer has the right to notify the Online Store of any non-conformities or defects within two months by sending an e-mail to hello@peoplecraft.ee.
The Online Store is not responsible for any defects that occur after the delivery of the goods to the buyer.
If the goods purchased from the Online Store have defects for which the Online Store is responsible, the Online Store will repair or replace the defective goods. If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the Online Store will refund the buyer all fees incurred under the sales contract.
The Online Store will respond to the consumer's complaint in writing or in a form that enables written reproduction within 15 days.
Direct Marketing and Processing of Personal Data
The Online Store uses the personal data entered by the buyer only for processing the order and sending the goods to the buyer. The Online Store transmits personal data to companies providing delivery services to deliver the goods.
The Online Store sends newsletters and offers to the buyer's email address only if the buyer has expressed a wish to receive them by entering their email address on the website and indicating their desire to receive direct mail notifications.
The buyer can unsubscribe from offers and newsletters sent to their email at any time by notifying us via email or by following the instructions provided in the email containing the offers.
Dispute Resolution
If the buyer has any complaints regarding the Online Store, they should be sent to the e-mail address hello@peoplecraft.ee.
If the buyer and the Online Store cannot resolve the dispute by agreement, the buyer can turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee. The terms of procedure can be reviewed and an application submitted here. The Consumer Disputes Committee is competent to resolve disputes arising from a contract concluded between the buyer and the Online Store. The examination of the buyer's complaint by the commission is free of charge.
The buyer can also turn to the European Union's online dispute resolution platform.
