Primarily, an initial consultation should be scheduled. Soon, we will also launch our own Talent Database, where you can add your information and CV. When a suitable position becomes available, we will contact you!

No, we currently do not offer that service because we do not have a team member with the required qualifications. However, our team can assist you in finding new career paths, improving/creating your CV, and preparing for interviews etc. For that, you can reach out to us in here. This will all be disclosed in a contract as well. Therefore, our executive searches are also conducted confidentially, and job advertisements for these positions are not created unless specifically requested by the client.

The duration of the recruitment process is between 4 to 6 weeks. Executive search process takes up to 5 weeks. It depends on factors such as the complexity of the role, the number of applicants or available professionals, and the specific requirements of our clients. We guarantee that we provide efficient and timely services. If we cannot guarantee this, we offer the client a new free search or 50% refund of their initial investment.
