  3. Candidate Search: We use various sources for the search, including job portals, social media, and our existing Talent Bank.

  4. Initial Screening: We conduct an initial assessment of candidates, including CV analysis and phone interviews, to select the most suitable candidates to proceed in the process.

  5. Candidate Testing: We thoroughly test the candidates who initially stand out.

  6. Interviews: We organize and conduct detailed initial interviews using structured questions tailored to the persona and the employer’s interests. This way, we can best assess the suitability of the candidates.

  7. Feedback and Selection: We present you with the strongest candidates along with detailed feedback and assist in conducting the final interview and making the final decision.

  8. Negotiations and Offer: We assist in salary negotiations and provide support in contract signing. During salary negotiations, we can provide insights on the average and/or median salary for specific job duties, helping both the candidate and the employer reach an agreement through fair and data-driven negotiations.

  9. Post-Recruitment and Onboarding Support: To help your new employee settle in quickly and to assist you in better retaining employees.

Service Cost

  • Starting from €3500 per recruitment
  • If the client wishes to use our service again within the next 6 months, the service is 15% cheaper.
