  2. Executive Search Strategy: We develop an executive search strategy that includes mapping out and contacting suitable candidates. You have complete visibility of our strategy, and we keep you constantly updated.

  3. Discreet Approach: We confidentially and discreetly contact potential candidates to assess their interest and suitability.

  4. In-Depth Interviews: We conduct thorough interviews, focusing on the candidates' skills and, depending on the position, their strategic thinking.

  5. Feedback and Selection: We provide you with a detailed overview of the candidates (3-5) and assist in making the best choice and conducting the final interviews. Typically, the candidate feels more comfortable in the final interview when there is already a familiar face present.

  6. Negotiations and Contract: We support you throughout the salary negotiation and contract signing process. Our work concludes when a contract is signed with the selected candidate.
